GENERAL

CH is Florida for profit corporation with its principal offices in Tallahassee, Florida, U.S.A. If you access the CH Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction as described in these Terms and Conditions, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever: Liability, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.

JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with CH, or in any way relating to your use of the CH Site, resides in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving CH or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Except as expressly provided in a particular or specific notice on the CH Site, these Terms and Conditions and applicable CH Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and CH with respect to the use of the CH Site, and Content.

Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support taught at the Cornell Hamilton Life Support Training Centers are approved American Heart Association courses. The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association, and any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the Association.
